Dde Biotin -DBCO is an azide-reactive biotin probe that allows for efficient release of the captured biomolecules from streptavidin. This probe contains a biotin moiety linked to an DBCO group through a hydrazine cleavable Dde linker. Captured biomolecules can be efficiently released under mild aqueous conditions with 2% hydrazine.
