A bifunctional reagent that contain an azide-reactive DBCO moiety and a terminal primary hydroxyl (–OH) that reacts with a variety of functional groups. A hydrophilic PEG spacer arm provides greater solubility compared to reagents having only hydrocarbon spacers.
