Recommended Usage | Reconstitute by adding 1 ml water. The resulting solution will have the following composition: 10 mM HEPES, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.08% sodium azide, 1mM MgCl2, 0.1 mM zinc acetate, pH 7.5, 50 mg/ml Ficoll, and 2 mg/ml bovine serum albumin. Recommended concentration for use is 0.2 units/ml. |
