Our high affinity Goat Anti-Rat IgG Antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and adsorbed to remove any cross-reactivities that are likely to interfere with specific labeling. This antibody is then cross-linked with the highest specific activity horseradish peroxidase. A proprietary procedure for conjugation allows the maximum preservation of enzyme activity and antibody specificity.
This specially prepared antibody is designed to be used on tissues that may contain interfering endogenous immunoglobulins. The anti-rat IgG (H+L), mouse adsorbed products have been thoroughly adsorbed by a solid phase technique to remove antibodies that cross-react with mouse immunoglobulins. This adsorbed antibody allows primary antibodies made in rat to be used on mouse tissues.
Peroxidase Goat Anti-Rat IgG, mouse adsorbed, is supplied in solution. With some exceptions, working concentration of HRP Anti-Rat IgG, mouse adsorbed, is 0.5-5.0 μg/ml.
