Horseradish Peroxidase Streptavidin (HRP Streptavidin) is produced by our own coupling procedure that preserves the high specific activity of the peroxidase. Using biotinylated primary or secondary intermediates and peroxidase-labeled streptavidin, antigens can be localized in histological sections, cytospin preparations, or smears.
