Switching
Switching an antibody's isotype or subtype can tailor effector function, reduce the number of needed controls, or expand research capabilities. Our engineering service can deliver antibodies in a variety of isotypes and subtypes to meet your needs.
Switching
Also called chimerization, this process maintains the antigen-binding variable domains of the original antibody and combines them with the constant domain of a new species. These antibodies can be used for in vivo and in vitro research, as well as tools for assay development. We offer multiple species including human, mouse, rat, rabbit, hamster, dog, and more.
Fragments can offer an ideal alternative to full-length antibodies, as they enable better tissue penetration, reduce non-specific binding, and increase antibody stability and solubility. We can convert any antibody into a fragment, including single chain Fv (scFv), Fab or Fab2 formats. Fc Domains
