Alkaline Phosphatase Streptavidin (AP Streptavidin) is produced by our own coupling procedure that preserves the high specific activity of alkaline phosphatase. Using biotinylated primary or secondary intermediates and alkaline phosphatase-conjugated streptavidin, it is suitable for use in solid-phase assays, tissue/cell staining systems, and blotting applications.
|Unit Size||1 ml|
|Applications||Immunohistochemistry / Immunocytochemistry, In situ hybridization, Blotting Applications, Elispot, ELISAs|
|Recommended Usage||The recommended dilution for use is 1:200 to 1:1000.(1-5 µg/ml).
