QuantTag™ Biotin Quantitation Kit (BDK-2000)

Description

The QuantTag Biotin Kit (BDK-2000) is designed to determine the amount of free biotin in solution or the number of biotin molecules attached to nucleic acids, proteins, or other macromolecules. This kit can be used to accurately determine the labeling efficiency of your process to label molecules with biotin.

• Biotin Standard Solution (1 ml; 0.5 mM)

The kit contains enough material to perform 25 assays using the 1 ml protocol (including the creation of a standard curve for each) or 250 assays using the 0.1 ml protocol.

^*Note: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If contact occurs, flush immediately with water.
