Methyltetrazine DBCO is a water-soluble heterobifunctional reagents used to convert azido-containing peptides or protein into tetrazine-modified peptides or protein through Cu-free click reaction without the need for catalyst or axillary reagents. Tetrazine DBCO can serve as a heterobifunctional azide-to-TCO cross-linker for covalently linking azido- and TCO-modified peptides or biopolymers.
