Vector Laboratories’ AZDye™ vs Alexa Fluor® Performance: Fluorescent Intensity



Goat x Mouse IgG were labeled with either AZDye NHS ester or Alexa Fluor® NHS ester and purified on ÄKTA avant™ chromatography system. Degree of Labeling (DOL) was measured, and conjugates with similar DOL were tested in ELISA and Immunofluorescence (IF).
