Usage Summary Reconstitute by adding 1 ml water.The resulting solution will have the following composition: 10 mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.8, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.08% sodium azide, 20 mg/ml sucrose. This product is recommended for use in transfer blot applications (northern, Southern, western, dot blots, etc.), immunohistochemical, and in situ hybridization applications.
