Our high affinity polyclonal anti-biotin antibody is produced by hyperimmunizing goats with biotin and is purified by affinity chromatography. The unconjugated antibody can be detected with a VECTASTAIN® ABC system or the ImmPRESS® Anti-Goat Ig polymer detection system (MP-7405) for blot, immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization applications.

Recommended Usage | Reconstitute by adding 1 ml water.The resulting solution will have the following composition: 10 mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.8, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.08% sodium azide, 20 mg/ml sucrose. This product is recommended for use in transfer blot applications (northern, Southern, western, dot blots, etc.), immunohistochemical, and in situ hybridization applications. The recommended concentration range for use is 0.5-5 µg/ml.This reagent can be detected with a VECTASTAIN® ABC System or the ImmPRESS™ Anti-Goat IgG Polymer Detection System (Cat. No. MP-7405). |
