Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is a widely adopted enzyme system in diagnostic and research immunodetection due to its superior catalytic efficiency and rapid signal generation. In the presence of hydrogen peroxide, HRP oxidizes chromogenic or fluorogenic substrates, resulting in the deposition of highly localized and high-contrast reaction products.
