Azide or alkyne protein capture
Azide or Alkyne Protein Capture using streptavidin-free enrichment is a bioorthogonal method that isolates click-labeled proteins without relying on biotin–streptavidin systems. Proteins bearing azide or alkyne groups are selectively conjugated to complementary alkyne- or azide-functionalized solid supports via copper-catalyzed (CuAAC) or copper-free (SPAAC) Click Chemistry. This strategy enables efficient, background-free protein enrichment ideal for applications in proteomics, post-translational modification analysis, and live-cell labeling studies.
