CHO transformed cells expressing avian Mannose receptor MRC1L-A (red). The cytoskeleton is stained with anti-tubulin antibody (green) and the nucleus is revealed by mounting with VECTASHIELD Mounting Media with DAPI (blue). This image was taken using the digital detector and closing the pinhole right down to 0.3 AU providing really clear staining of intracellular vesicles.
