Macrophage populations in normal adult WT mouse spleen. IF staining for red pulp macrophages-F4/80+ (red), marginal zone metallophilic macrophages (MMM)- CD169+ (magenta) and marginal zone macrophages (MZM)- SIGNR1+ (green), counter stained with DAPI (blue) and mounted in VECTASHIELD Mounting Medium for Fluorescence and scanned under 20x magnification on Zeiss AxioScan.Z1 slide scanner.
