Gland derived single myoepithelial cell with extended cytoplasmic extensions in a culture dish. Smooth muscle actin is stained green, and cytoskeletal actin is stained phalloidin (red). Nucleus is stained with DAPI (blue). M.O.M. blocking reagent (MKB-2213) used to obtain crisp staining. Coverslipped using VECTASHIELD HardSet antifade mounting media.
