Usage Summary
Recommended diluent for microtitration plate assays: 10 mM phosphate, 0.15 M NaCl, pH 7.5, 0.1% Tween 20. Working concentration of HRP-anti rabbit IgG is 0.5-5.0 µg/ml. Do not use sodium azide with this product since it is an inhibitor of horseradish peroxidase.
