Vector Labs is closed to observe Juneteenth (US Holiday) on Wednesday, June 19th.
We will be back in the office on Thursday. We will respond to emails upon our return. Have a wonderful day.

DBCO Acid (CCT-1117)

[text-backorder]

Description

DBCO Acid is an amine-reactive non-activated building block used for derivatizing amine-containing molecule in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU) through a stable amide bond. Short spacer arm adds minimal mass to modified molecules (305.11 daltons).

DBCO reagents are the most commonly used substrates for copper-free click chemistry. DBCO compounds react with azide functionalized compounds or biomolecules without the need for a Cu(I) catalyst to result in a stable triazole linkage.
