Tks5 localization at invadopodia in MDA-231 SRC Y527F cancer cells. The cells are plated on gelatin-coated coverslips to induce the formation of the invadopodia, actin-based structure that promotes ECM degradation during cancer metastasis. In red is the F-actin cytoskeleton, in green the Tks5 protein and in blue the nucleus.
