Rhodamine Avidin D, TMRITC

Cat. No: A-2002
Price: $158.00
Unit Size: 5 mg

Overview

Avidin D, Rhodamine (TMRITC) labeled, is made from our ultrapure Avidin D and is optimally labeled using tetramethyl- rhodamine isothiocyanate (TMRITC). This label produces a red color and is recommended for routine immunofluorescence applications. Rhodamine provides a second label to fluorescein and is especially useful in avoiding problems associated with endogenous tissue fluorescence. The lower quantum yield of rhodamine compared to fluorescein is compensated for by a reduction in photobleaching rate.

  • Excitation maximum:  550 nm
  •  Emission maximum:  575 nm
  • Color:  Red
Cat. No. A-2002-5
Unit Size 5 mg
Country of Manufacture United States
Applications Immunofluorescence, In situ hybridization, Flow Cytometry/Cell Separation
