Negative controls will help determine the factors that contribute most to background staining. An appropriate series of controls is outlined in Vector's Trouble Shooting Guide (available for free download or as a convenient laminated copy for the lab). Blocking agents are chosen based on results from these negative control sections, and the appropriate ones can prevent background interference from different sources including endogenous enzyme activity, presence of Fc receptors, or interactions of detection reagents with tissue/cell proteins and other macromolecules. 6 Showing Position Name Catalog Number Price View as: List Grid Show 30 60 120 Avidin/Biotin Blocking Kit Catalog Number: SP-2001 Unit Size: 1 kit Add to Wishlist | Add to Compare $115.00 Add to Cart BLOXALL Endogenous Peroxidase and Alkaline Phosphatase Blocking Solution Catalog Number: SP-6000 Unit Size: 100 ml Add to Wishlist | Add to Compare $105.00 Add to Cart Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), Immunohistochemical Grade Catalog Number: SP-5050 Unit Size: 500 mg Add to Wishlist | Add to Compare $115.00 Add to Cart Carbo-Free Blocking Solution (10x Concentrate) Catalog Number: SP-5040 Unit Size: 125 ml Add to Wishlist | Add to Compare $100.00 Add to Cart Levamisole Solution Catalog Number: SP-5000 Unit Size: 18 ml Add to Wishlist | Add to Compare $125.00 Add to Cart Streptavidin/Biotin Blocking Kit Catalog Number: SP-2002 Unit Size: 1 kit Add to Wishlist | Add to Compare $135.00 Add to Cart 6 Showing Position Name Catalog Number Price View as: List Grid Show 30 60 120 Didn't find what you were looking for?
