SoluLINK® bioconjugation technology is engineered for the rapid and quantifiable conjugation of all classes of biomolecules. At the core of this technology are the complementary linkers HyNic and 4FB, which couple to form a chromogenic bis-aryl hydrazone bond. This bond is easily quantified with a spectrophotometer reading to determine the degree of linker incorporation and conjugation between two molecules. SoluLINK bioconjugation technology has been applied to conjugation kits, ChromaLINK® Biotin and Digoxigenin, MagnaLINK® and NanoLINK® streptavidin magnetic beads, and Streptavidin Agarose Ultra Performance™, to develop bioconjugation products with industry-leading performance.
