Recommended Usage This product is recommended for in situ hybridization or immnohistochemical applications.For these applications the concentrated stock solution should be diluted at least 1:200 for a standard 30 minute room-temperature incubation.Optimal dilution of the anti-biotin should be established for each application.This reagent can be detected with a VECTASTAIN® ABC System or the ImmPRESS™ Anti-Mouse IgG Polymer Detection System (Cat. No. MP-7402).
