GFP immunoperoxidase staining of Purkinje somas and dendritic arbors within the molecular layer, and their fine axons infiltrating into the granular layer of AAV-transduced mouse brain cerebellum. Primary antibody was detected with M.O.M.® (Mouse on Mouse) ImmPRESS® Polymer Reagent, Anti-Mouse IgG, Peroxidase, and ImmPACT® DAB EqV Substrate Kit, Peroxidase. Nuclei of non-transduced stellate and basket interneurons in the molecular layer, and nuclei of granule neurons in the granular cerebellum, are absent of DAB chromagen and are counterstained with hematoxylin.
