Co-detection of the polyadenylated RNA and acrosomal system in the mouse testis sections. The poly (A), acrosomal systems, and nuclei are shown in green, red, and blue, respectively. The acrosomal system is labeled using Peanut Agglutinin (PNA) and the nuclei are counterstained using VECTASHIELD Vibrance® Antifade Mounting Medium with DAPI.
