Chemosensory tuft cell, a rare population of epithelial cell, is depicted by DCLK1 (magenta) in neonatal mouse intestine of MVID (microvillus inclusion disease) model. Gamma-actin (green) shows epithelial membrane and microvilli, which are not properly localized because of functional Myosin Vb loss.
