Web Development / Digital Marketing Project Manager

Position Summary

The Web Development / Digital Marketing Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of infrastructure development projects to support product commercialization (including web refresh / update projects and CRM / marketing automation platform implementation/maintenance) and managing the execution of marketing projects including web content enhancements (SEO) and tactics to support marketing campaigns (e-mail, SEM, social media and video). Top candidates will possess experience executing successful marketing projects and be a collaborative team player, who can reliably demonstrate a high-level of creativity and grace under deadline pressure. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Operate as point person and lead multiple concurrent website build projects, managing communication, requirements, user experience, scope, and timelines.
  • Support annual promotional planning and holistic program/calendar management.
  • Take ownership of digital marketing projects and work with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of copy, creative and content is being executed in a timely fashion.
  • Manage pre- and post-implementation of CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platform (Pardot) and ensure the development roadmap is supporting business objectives and driving business growth.
  • Manage the interaction between vendors and internal program delivery leaders to provide adequate visibility of interdependent initiatives and programs.
  • Support execution of key marketing offerings: campaign components, adwords, social media advertising, email marketing, and Google Analytics
  • Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet expectations.
  • Conduct regular status meetings to review project activities; manage prioritization and resources.
  • Create campaign summaries and ROI reports.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvements.
  • Manage Key Performance Metrics; tagging, tracking and reporting methodology across all mediums.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master Degree preferred.
  • PMP or similar certification (ideal but not required).
  • 3+ years experience preferred in a project management role, working with multi-department/multi-functional teams.
  • Web development and maintenance experience.
  • CRM / marketing automation platform implementation and maintenance experience (Salesforce / Pardot preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Microsoft SharePoint, Google Analytics, Web (Magento, WordPress, CSS, HTML) and Project Management Tools (Asana, Basecamp, JIRA, Trello).
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Knowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Scientist, Product Development

Job Description 

 

The Product Development Scientist is responsible for carrying out reagent product development following design control guidelines. The Scientist’s primary function is to design and execute experimental protocols; collect and interpret data; draft reports; and present results to Senior Management. S/he will participate as an integral member of cross-functional design teams interacting with individuals from other departments. Immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence reagents are the core Vector’s portfolio, as such, an excellent understanding of tissue-based immunoassays is a must. S/he will draft formal documents as required and follow company documentation procedures. The Scientist will function as a Vector representative when communicating with outside organizations and customers. S/he is expected to propose, evaluate and develop plans for new product ideas. The position mandates an individual have sound judgment, be self-motivated and capable of working independently and under pressure to meet company goals. The Scientist will be able to train/guide junior staff and possess the social skills necessary to work well with colleagues and collaborators.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • PhD degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biology or other Life Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 – 5 years of related industry experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of immunohistochemical assays and histology
  • Independent thinker; effectively able to troubleshoot and make sound decisions
  • Adaptable to change
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills allowing clear communication of ideas, reasoning and conclusions to a varied audience
  • Ability to work on multiple projects under time constraints and meet deadlines

Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description 

 

Vector Laboratories is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, including CAPA, non-conformances, deviations, product approval, design control, and supplier management, etc. This role will ensure compliance with applicable domestic and international standards and regulations. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring organizational conformation with applicable HR related regulations and statutes as well as organizational procedures and policies.
  • Manage the nonconformance, deviation, complaint, and CAPA systems. Work with investigation owners to assess root cause, corrections, corrective actions, preventative actions and effectiveness.
  • Provide training in ISO requirements and quality procedures.
  • Review and approve batch records for product release.
  • Assist in internal and external audits, including customer audits.
  • Work with R&D and custom product management for design control implementation for new and custom products, including defining user needs, risk management, verification and validation, design review requirements, etc.
  • Assist in supplier quality management, including supplier qualification, quality agreements, maintain approved vendor list (AVL), etc.
  • Assist with document and record control functions as needed.
  • Report monthly quality system metrics.
  • Lead quality improvement projects, including planning, communicating, developing action plans, and providing regular project updates.
  • Assure compliance with all in-house or external specifications to standards.

 

Qualifications

  • BS Degree in scientific discipline.

Job Description

 

Position Summary

The Senior Accountant is responsible for performing accounting tasks for Vector Laboratories located in Burlingame, CA, a business unit of Maravai Life Sciences. This position is also responsible for performing accounting tasks for other Maravai Business Units. This position reports to the Division Controller.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure GAAP compliance through invoicing and revenue recognition
  • Prepare monthly deferred revenue entries and monthly revenue entries
  • Ensure GAAP compliance through A/P bill coding and processing
  • Timely completion of month end process including preparation of journal entries, accounts reconciliation and preparing supporting schedules
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Perform month‐end inventory audit and reconciliation
  • Perform gross margin analysis, standard cost review and analysis, BOMs/ECOs review and cost allocation
  • Perform variance analysis and have the ability to identify anomalies
