Description

BLOXALL Endogenous Peroxidase and Alkaline Phosphatase Blocking Solution is a dual enzyme blocking reagent that inactivates endogenous peroxidase, pseudoperoxidase, and alkaline phosphatase in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections, frozen tissue sections, and cell preparations. This reagent is provided as a ready-to-use reagent in a convenient dropper bottle.

Recommended Usage Prior to the application of primary antibody, apply BLOXALL™ Blocking Solution to tissue sections or cell preparations and incubate for 10 minutes at room temperature.Wash sections in an appropriate wash buffer suchas Tris buffer, PBS, or TBS for 5 minutes.Incubation time can be shortened based on individual application. Appropriate care should be exercised when using this reagent to avoid contact with eyes and skin.Dispose in accordance with local regulations.
