Digoxigenin (DIG) is a small plant-derived molecule not found in animals. DIG is used to label nucleic acid probes for applications such as in situ hybridization or antibodies for IHC/ICC. DIG-labeled probes or antibodies are detected with antibodies specifically directed against the DIG label. We have generated high affinity and highly purified antibodies for this purpose. The AP anti-DIG antibody can be used to detect DIG-labeled probes or antibodies and can be developed with an alkaline phosphatase substrate like ImmPACT® Vector® Red Substrate or Vector Blue Substrate.
