Functional Aspects:
Progesterone receptor (B Form) is highly expressed in endometrial
glandular and stromal nuclei in the proliferative phase of the
menstrual cycle and expressed at low levels during the secretory
phase and early pregnancy. This clone was generated using a
recombinant protein representing the 164 amino acid N-terminal
sequence unique to the B form of the progesterone receptor.
