Vector® Biotinylated Protein Molecular Weight Markers (SP-1400)
provide ideal standards for western blots. This product consists
of eight distinct biotinylated protein bands with a molecular
weight range from 19 kDa to 222 kDa. It is designed to be run
in an SDS-PAGE under denaturing conditions. This mixture of
biotinylated proteins can be run alongside the sample under
study and, following transfer, developed with any avidin or
streptavidin-based detection system.
